My main problem with it is that it doesn't seem to have the same integration with Wordpress blogs not hosted on Wordpress.com. In LJ, I'm logged in always (which I can achieve by logging into your site and staying logged in, for the most part), I can comment without a new tab opening up (not possible in the RSS reader, as far as I can tell) and all of my friends are in one place.
